Your contact details will be provided to the study team so that they can contact you to further determine if you qualify for this study. We will also provide you will a confirmation email with the contact details of the study center you’ve selected so that you may reach out to them on your own.

What happens to my Personally Identifiable Information (your contact details)?

The information you submit, including your Personally Identified Information (PII), will be processed, then stored on a secure server within the European Union. This information is then used to connect you with clinicians at the study center. This involves sharing your PII with the relevant study center.
